Alpro Stand will NOT Disappoint
13.02.2012
For Dorset-based Alpro, the independently owned hardware company, taking part in the
Nottingham Locksmiths’ Exhibition is a crucial element in the company’s strategy of targeting the locksmith sector.
Keith Parry, Alpro Divisional Sales Manager told LSJ: “It is well worth the trip north for us, because we value the business we do in this important industry sector and this exhibition attracts a large number of visitors. We regard it as an excellent opportunity to get our messages across and showcase our latest products to the people who matter – the locksmiths themselves.”
Customer service and satisfaction is always high on Alpro’s agenda, so participation at the popular Nottingham event also enables the company to convey its stated aim of being the ‘first choice - and listening to customer needs’.
PRODUCT INNOVATION
The new products on show always pull in the visitors, and Alpro’s stand will not disappoint. New products to exhibit include an innovative deadlock conforming to EN12209 grade 6 for use in commercial aluminium doors, along with the
Vortex magnet range,
electric strikes, new panic exit hardware - and a new electric lock range, to illustrate the listening process, being turned into new product design.
Alpro has also launched a new sales initiative which focuses on getting closer to locksmiths in general. Said Keith: “Alpro Area Sales Managers have started actively to target and visit individual companies to both learn and communicate the extensive Alpro range.
“We have both an internal and external sales team available to answer questions on availability, new standards legislation and a whole host of other areas specifically designed to make product selection easy and trouble-free for participating locksmiths,” Keith added.
Locks and Security Equipment Exhibition is being held on the 3 & 4 March at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.
